To request a file, you look it up online via the BNP (Business Network Platform). The file is retrieved, scanned and delivered by our staff via a SFTP server. Delivery via e-mail with an encrypted attachment is also a possibility. In this way, your chosen documents are quickly made available digitally: with standard delivery within 24 hours, or with express delivery within 4 hours. Every document movement is recorded in an audit-proof archiving system. This way, you can retrieve the status of each document at any time.
Do you prefer to physically consult your archives and have them delivered to your office? In addition to digital retrieval, Dockx Rhenus Archisafe also delivers the original archive documents. As with digital retrieval, this is done easily via the BNP (Business Network Platform). When you order, you choose the delivery method and delivery time yourself. You can opt for standard delivery (within 24 hours) or express delivery (within 4 hours), both with GPS tracking. Our reliable delivery service ensures safe delivery and return to archive.
