Dockx Rhenus Archisafe has a destruction certificate for 100% secure destruction of paper, archives and hard drives. The destruction process follows the strictest data and protection regulations, the highest level of destruction available in Belgium. A closed procedure is followed for the collection and destruction of confidential data and archives. This means that our entire process is secure and is documented.
We place specially secured containers at the customer's premises for the collection of paper, hard drives and all other data carriers. All containers are sturdy, secure and fully sealable. You fill and close the container yourself. Depending on your requirements, we shred your confidential data in our mobile vehicle directly at your door or transport the contents in special locked vehicles to our destruction locations. The documents are destroyed under video supervision. Along with the invoice, the customer receives a destruction certificate stating the date, quantity and nature of the destroyed materials.
Dockx Rhenus Archisafe has been working by highest security standards for many years and has the necessary certifications. Employees are screened and work according to a closed security protocol. In this way, Dockx Rhenus Archisafe has structured its services on all fronts to ensure GDPR compliance. All data carriers presented to us, paper or hard data, are destroyed according to DIN standard 66399, security class 4 or 5. In addition, we are OPK, CA+ and ISO9001:2008 certified.
