Our certified high-security archives are subject to the strictest security regulations. With our advanced filing system, we guarantee complete transparency in your document and file inventories. Every movement of your documents is recorded in the archive system in an audit-proof manner so that the status of the file can be tracked at any time.

INDIVIDUAL ACCESS ALWAYS GUARANTEED

You have stored your files with us and now need a document or file for further processing? With our BNP (Business Network Platform), your files can be accessed digitally or physically 24/7 and our screened and certified staff can easily locate them. We deliver your files to you by courier or with our own delivery service. In the case of digital retrieval, we make your files available electronically with our Scan on Demand service.

At the end of the retention period

After the statutory storage periods have expired, we also arrange for the destruction of documents with your consent. At least once a year, we determine which documents have reached the destruction date and make a proposal for the destruction of these documents. Destruction takes place in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act and according to DIN standard 66399, protection class 2 - security level P4 and P5.
