Dockx Rhenus Archisafe manages your archive efficiently and securely. Thanks to a unique barcode applied to each document in the archive, each document can be quickly and easily recognized by the archive management system. In addition, up to fifty different registration fields can be defined for each document, to be formulated by you. The record is searchable on all of these attributes through the online records management tool BNP (Business Network Platform). This allows a fast, effective and targeted search of the document.

All archive movements are digitally registered, allowing Dockx Rhenus Archisafe to provide you with access to an extensive range of management reports. With each new project, we review together what information you wish to obtain. Based on this, we create the most appropriate management report.
