Mobile data destruction means that your confidential paper documents, archives, and data carriers such as hard drives, SSDs, tapes, films, tapes, USB sticks, and HDDs are destroyed directly at your location in our certified and secure shredder truck. There are various names for this, such as mobile data destruction, on-site destruction, or on-site shredding.

This method of data destruction is even more secure than our offsite data destruction because your data is destroyed before it is transported to our destruction sites. Dockx Rhenus Archisafe has a unique mobile shredder truck that destroys data in accordance with security class 7. The shredders in our mobile destruction vehicles can destroy over 1,000 kg per hour at your doorstep.

We work in accordance with GDPR legislation. All information carriers, paper or hard data, provided to us are destroyed in accordance with DIN standard 66399, security classes 4, 5, 6, or 7. In addition, we are OPK, CA+, ISO9001:2008, ISO 9001-2015, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 50001, ISO / IEC 21964-1: 2018 (DIN 66399-1) certified.

After the destruction of your paper, archives, hard drives, or other data carriers, you will receive a free destruction certificate from us stating the date, format, number of containers, nature of the destroyed materials, location, DIN standard, and security class.
