The Dockx Rhenus Archisafe sites are secured by a wide range of measures. The security measures used include the use of sturdy fences, video surveillance and security guards. The buildings are solidly built and generally consist of a prefabricated reinforced concrete construction with a reinforced concrete floor and a reinforced concrete base. The exterior walls are generally fitted with aluminum cassettes, which are insulated with mineral wool and clad with trapezoidal sheet metal. From the outside, there are no indications that files are archived or other information processing activities take place at the site. Intruder alarm systems, video surveillance, access doors that are locked at all times and alarm-protected escape doors reduce the risk of unauthorized intrusion to a minimum. In order to be able to localize the source of a fire as quickly as possible, fire and smoke detectors as well as fire-fighting systems are installed throughout the building in accordance with local legal requirements. Fire drills are held regularly with all employees at the site. It goes without saying that smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building.
