Security and data protection

The handling of strictly confidential and highly sensitive data entails a high level of responsibility and a duty of transparency. Against this background, a general data protection impact assessment is implemented for all areas of Rhenus Archiv Services GmbH as a central element of the data protection management system. The aim of the data protection impact assessment is to identify and thus reduce the risks of data processing. The data protection impact assessment within the meaning of Art. 35 GDPR is maintained as a regular and continuous process with regard to the evaluation and safeguarding of data subjects' rights. The data protection impact assessment is based on the standard data protection model of the data protection supervisory authorities, defines the guarantee objectives of data protection law, identifies the risks and ensures the rights of the data subjects by means of specific technical and organizational protective measures (TOMs).
