All Dockx Rhenus Archisafe sites are ISO 9001 certified. They are able to meet customer requirements according to identical principles with standardized processes regardless of location and to maintain the security of the documents and the quality of the service at all times. Internal and external audits are used to regularly scrutinize processes and quality standards in order to continuously identify and exploit potential for improvement and rationalization. The integrated management system is based on the requirements of ISO 9001. Compliance with the requirements is checked as part of the Rhenus-wide network certification. Following a statistical selection process, a certain number of sites are audited annually by an independent certifier.
