Maintenance
Safety-relevant equipment in particular, such as fire and burglar alarm systems, are checked regularly to ensure they are working properly. In principle, all equipment requiring maintenance is checked and repaired by specialist companies. The companies used are subject to QM-controlled supplier monitoring management. All legal and other regulations are complied with.
Maintenance is monitored, controlled, documented and tracked in accordance with QM requirements.
Pest control
Each archive is equipped with indoor and outdoor bait traps for rodents and insects. The traps are monitored by a specialized company. Logs, visit reports and measures etc. are documented using a system so that evaluations and developments can also be viewed retrospectively over the long term.
Climate
The environmental conditions in the archives are monitored. Humidity and temperature are permanently recorded for this purpose. As soon as the measurements deviate from the previously defined tolerance range, warning messages are generated so that measures can be initiated promptly to restore the desired climatic conditions.
