Dockx Rhenus Archisafe maintains an integrated management system. All processes and workflows are fully documented. The structure of the process landscape is based on the structure and requirements of ISO 9001. The QM system is controlled centrally and used at all sites.

Documentation is carried out via a centrally controlled document management system. This makes it possible to distribute overarching standard requirements across all Rhenus sites. Each company maintains its own “area” in which it presents the service-related topics or special requirements. The updates to the work instructions and process descriptions are published on a quarterly basis. Before they are applied in the locations, the content is passed on to the employees on a specialist basis. The document management system guarantees that employees can only access the current, checked and approved version.
