The sites of Rhenus Archiv Services GmbH are secured with various measures such as solid fences, video surveillance and access control. The buildings are made of steel concrete, insulated with mineral wool and clad with aluminum or trapezoidal sheets. Only archiving activities take place and all emergency exits are secured. Fire prevention and suppression are arranged in accordance with legal requirements. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building.
